This is the REAL deal. The seafood is so very fresh, I go there every time I have a day off. Sammy's is also my seafood provider for my restaurant in Tampa. Everything is just pristine. Go to the retail store. Ask your favorite restaurant where they get seafood and recommend Sammy's to them....

I did not get to buy anything. This was to be my first stop of fish markets on the way out of town and was a total disappointment. The Yelp app totally took me out of the way to finding this place 40 minutes to be exact and put me in the general area but not at the address listed. Two stops and three people later found it only to be told that the "retail part of Sammy's is not open on Mondays" are you kidding me the man I spoke to said he was not and "sorry".

We've been there several times and tried the fish spread (excellent) , sushi grade yellowfin tuna steaks, sea scallops (the best my wife has ever had) and clams everything there was fantastic.

If you are looking for really cheap oysters and other fresh seafood. This is the place. Wholesale price, but without the whole quality. We ordered 50 oysters and they were cheap. If you have your own oven, grill, or place to cook. I would come here and buy the seafood. Better than most markets in the St Pete or Tampa area. They do not have a large selection, but the price and the quality are really amazing. The person working there was really friendly and nice. She make a lot of highly recommendation. We changed our orders several times and she was very friendly about it as well. No rush on our part. They do close early though, but if you have the time to drive to this little place, you should.

Spot on fresh as it gets seafood. Day boat fresh fish! The fish is so fresh I call it sleep in the Gulf. Meaning it slept in the gulf the night before it hit my plate. This place is a secret gem of mine.
